Who do you consider to be the worst of the worst today? In today's passage we see Jesus interact with that group during Biblical times. Tax collectors weren't friends with many people, and yet Jesus invited one to have a meal with him. While everyone else questioned and judged what Jesus did, Jesus showed love to the unloveable. We're challenged to do the same. Maybe it's somebody of the opposing political view, a homeless person or somebody else that you wouldn't normally associate with...love them like Jesus this week. Better yet...as we were challenged...invite them into your home for a meal. Who can you show the love of Christ to this week?
