Have you ever felt isolated from the world? Today's passage shows us an example of one person with a disease that isolated everyone with it. Leprosy is something that leaves many with it untouchable, especially in biblical times without modern medicine. This week, we see how Jesus defied everything and showed love and compassion for this leper and healed him. As pointed out in the message, Jesus could have healed him from afar, but he instead chose to touch the leper instead. Unheard of for the time!
